Product Details
low-speed large-capacity centrifuges are suitable for separation and sedimentation at room temperature in the biochemical, biological products, and pharmaceutical industries. 1. High torque brushless frequency conversion motor, maintenance-free, no dust, fast lifting speed.
2. The flexible shaft drive system is used to directly drive the rotor to protect the motor, with precise speed control, stable operation, low vibration and low noise.
3. Induction automatic electric suction door lock, with emergency door opening device; self-check and protection of door lock, overspeed, overtemperature, unbalance, etc., safe and reliable.
4. It adopts microcomputer processor for precise control, LED display, and button programming; real-time and simultaneous display of rotor number, program number, rotational Speed/RCF running time, temperature, and speed-up/down gears. Parameters can also be modified during operation.
5. 10 sets of common programs can be stored and recalled, 10 acceleration rates and 10 deceleration rates for users to choose flexibly to achieve the best centrifugal effect.
6. The unique spring cone sleeve is used to connect the rotor and the main shaft, the rotor is locked 360 degrees, and the loading and unloading of the rotor is non-directional, fast and simple (with technical patents).
7. The whole machine is all-steel structure, 304 stainless steel centrifugal chamber, multi-layer protection design, safe and reliable; three-stage vibration reduction, automatic balance function.
